Classic & Sportscar Meeting går i år av stabelen for sjette gang, og har opparbeidet seg renommé som et av landets aller beste entusiastbil-arrangementer, uansett kategori. I år forventer vi at rundt 200 løpsbiler stiller på startstreken på Vålerbanen. Racingklassene vil i år bestå av mange heat historisk racing fra periodene 1961-76, Sports 2000 og Formelbiler. I tillegg blir den heftige nye GT-klassen å beskue, samt Corsa Italiana, Porsche Cup og Subaru Cup.

Det er også mye action utenfor hovedbanen; Trackday pågår på egen bane, det vil være autoslalåm, og mange flotte entusiastbiler vil være å beskue. Flere merkesklubber har jubileum, blant annet BMW Car Club of Norway, MG-klubben, Porsche Klubb Norge, og Mazda Miata (MX5) har 20-års jubileum. For ikke å glemme en 100-års markering for Alfa Romeo!

Welcome to the 6th Annual Classic & Sportscar Meeting!

The CSM has built up a reputation as one of Norway's premier events for the car enthusiast, and is suitable for a broad audience and participants.
We expect in excess of 200 entries for the racing classes to line up at Vålerbanen.

This years event will provide a wealth of exciting classes as usual; FIA historic saloons and GTs from periods 1961-76, Sports 2000 and single seaters. The National GT Championship with full grids of spectacular mahinery will provide plenty of drama, as well as races in the All-Italian Corsa Italiana Club Series, plus The Porsche Cup and rally stars of the National Subaru Cup. The races bring drivers and cars from all over Scandinavia.

In addition to the on-track action, there will be plenty of sights to take in; Track Day driving at a separate circuit, Autotests, and plenty of exciting machinery on display at all times. Several car clubs are celebrating their anniversaries this year, including BMW Car Club Of Norway, MG Owners Club Norway, Porsche Klubb Norge, and the 20th anniversary of the Mazda Miata. And, of course, Alfa Romeo is celebrating their 100th year as a car manufacturer.
